For organisations considering a confidential intensive for a senior leader. Enquiries are read personally by Lucy Orton and are not routed through an assistant or an intake team.

The purpose of a first conversation is to establish whether an intensive is the right instrument for the situation, and to arrange a secure route for anything that follows.
